Reporting into the Group Controller, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the electronic data management and the D365 database.
- Fill in the document references in our document management tool (M-Files)
- Physical filing
- Creation, processing and modification of the supplier and employee database according to our internal processes
- Monitor the customer database
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Detail oriented skills
- Rigorous and perseverant
