Senior Event Specialist - Boston- USA

Collaborate in the development of the event strategy for NORAM and LATAM Territories. Implement and coordinate its deployment to deliver Congresses and Workshops events in said territories.


·    Oversee the overall organization of events in North America and Latin America including but not limited to

o   Vendor management

o   Attendees & speaker management

o   Onsite activities coordination

o   Post-event follow-up

·         Collaborate in the development and implementation of events Strategy and yearly planning with Event Manager

·         Manage events budget to ensure spends are aligned with plan

·         Coordinate workload with the US Event Specialist and ROW Senior Event Specialist for each project in collaboration with Event Manager

·         Plan and lead kick-off and meetings for all events (except Corporate events) in the NORAM/LATAM territory

·         Ensure coordination between different parties are in place to deliver the events in a timely manner (Mkt Ops, SCS, Sales Ops, etc.)

·         Implement communication plan for all events in collaboration with Event Manager and communication team

·         Collaborate with Sales Ops to develop event communication towards Sales Team

·         Provide events effectiveness reports, and make recommendations to drive continuous improvement, achieve revenue targets and optimize budget spend

·         Create, develop and maintain relationship with local logistic agencies ensuring top quality engagement and delivery

·         Coordinate with Sales Operations to optimize lead management and metrics and reporting

·         Coordination with ROW Senior Event Specialist to ensure constant communication and clarity of roles within the team - with the supervision of the Event Manager

·         Ensure event compliance with all corporate and government policies

·         Travel to specific events and lead onsite team

·         Collaboration with Event Manager on Corporate Events organization and delivery when applicable

·       Full proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite

·       Fluent in English mandatory, any other language is an asset

·       Professional, clear communication skills, both written and verbal – Multilingual skills are desirable but not required.

Required Experience

·       Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or any other relevant field

·       From 5 to 7 years’ experience in conference management, coordinating and executing events from conception to completion, in a healthcare company would be a plus
