Microsoft Dynamics System Specialist (ERP/Finance), Lausanne - Switzerland

To complete our Finance team, we are looking for an ERP / financial systems specialist, savy on the Microsoft ERP solution (Dynamics 365). Reporting to the Manager Audit & Controlling, the specialist will support growth of the company and contribute to establish a proper work organization and tools necessary to accompany the expansion of the Group.

Key responsibilities:

Provides expert level support for the financial systems including configuration and enhancement requests from the user community. Interacts with functional groups to understand business needs, provides oversight, identifies architectural options, evaluates options against the overall enterprise, information management architecture, and makes recommendations that return analytic business value.

  • Provide expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 technical and operational processes and application
  • Implement configuration changes, redesigns and updates to the systems environment
  • Participate in estimates and delivery suggestion to avoid risk and improve efficiency where applicable
  • Configure the system and support Microsoft Dynamics implementation for the overall business and goals
  • Provide support for all Departments, from extraction to end-user reporting and controls and managing data
  • Work within Finance department

Requirements:

You’ll demonstrate thorough knowledge and success with leading efforts to understand, assess, consult, design, implement and train on finance systems including Microsoft Dynamics ERP applications-based solutions, which include the following areas:

  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics ERP
  • Proven Microsoft Dynamics implementation background
  • Knowledge of best practices for localized standard for Microsoft Dynamics
  • In-depth understanding of Finance IT and process implementation and transformation
  • Background in risk analysis, process optimization, and technical task delegation for business technology transformation. 
  • Familiar with support ticketing system (Jira)
  • Accounting and Finance knowledge
  • Experience in ERP/CRM interface
  • Strong communication skills at every professional level. 
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to business challenges
