HR Administration Coordinator (Temporary - 6 months), Lausanne - Switzerland

  • Support employees for all HR Matters
    • Preparation of HR documents (contracts, mutations, work certificate, etc.)
    • Management and follow-up of vacation and absences
    • Registration of the employee to social security
    • Payroll preparation and coordination with local fiduciaries
    • Evaluations process management
    • Updates HR Process and propositions for improuvment

    Requirements :

    • 1-2 years of experience in similar role
    • Similar experience within an international environment
    • English Fluent
    • Good usage of MS-Office
