Accounts Payable Assistant / Temporary contract 6 months, Lausanne - Switzerland

  • Support the GL Accounting Assistant on Accounts Payable activities
  • Participate to the daily AP process :
  1. Invoices booking 
  2. Follow-up on approval requests
  3. Travel expenses tracking
  4. Payments runs and reconciliations
  • Reconcile Supense Credit card Account
  • Scan and archive documents
  • Handle all correspondence via post and e-mail and dispatch invoices within the departments

Job Requirements:

  • Commercial CFC or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and General Accounting
  • Organized and dynamic with the sense of responsibilities
  • Must be proficient in data entry, detail oriented, rigorous and accurate
  • Professional attitude, team spirit and good communications skills
  • Flexible work schedule as needed during high workloads periods
  • Familiarity with MS Office Excel, ERP System is a plus
  • Fluent in French, English (minimum B1 level)
